Really good stay, every detail considered!
polite staff amazing food clean pool ideal location
The front desk staff are very polite and professional. They are always smiling. The food was AMAZING!!! The pool area is clean. It is also very comfortable. I found the hotel location ideal for beach access. I also appreciated the monorail to the Nakheel mall and the Atlantis waterpark.

I found the hotel's breakfast offered many options, including fresh fruit and pastries. The food tasted delicious. Chef Faisal provided fresh, high-quality food and very cute services. The variety, taste, and presentation were excellent.

The hotel provides direct access to the beach, a significant benefit for families. It took only half an hour to drive from the airport to the hotel. The hotel is located close to Nakheel Mall and Atlantis Waterpark, awesome for simple access to shopping and entertainment.

The outdoor pool is well-kept and comfortable. The hotel includes a kids club. It is open until late. The resort is generally well-kept. I was very happy with the outdoor pool and other facilities.

The manager, Rania, greeted us warmly with excellent recommendations. She immediately. The housekeeping supervisor, Rahul, ensured our stay was comfortable, clean, and enjoyable. David at reception was professional, friendly, and helpful.

Excellent Beach Getaway
easy navigation wide beach great variety convenient access
My stay included convenient access to the beach with provided sunscreen. I liked the wide beach area, with fine sand. Breakfast offered great variety and tasted very good. The hotel's location at the beginning of the Palm made navigation easy.
One elevator was out of service, causing some delays.

The Palm Beautiful Room included a king bed and sofa bed. There was a private balcony for relaxation. Direct beach access was a great perk. Access to a kids club provided additional family convenience.

The on-site restaurants offered flavorful dining experiences. I especially enjoyed the coconut shrimp at the beach restaurant. Breakfast included an extensive selection and quality ingredients. The private beach dining was especially good.

The hotel maintains the pool area well. Beachside services include sunscreen and after-sun lotion. A beachwalk pathway along the restaurants provided scenic routes. There was a well-equipped gym.

Excellent Stay with Amazing Service
clean hotel friendly staff great size various restaurants
The hotel was impeccably clean at all times. The staff was friendly and happy to help guests with requests. The room size was great with more than enough space. There are various restaurants on site offering something for everyone.
The pool area gets busy quickly, so securing a sun lounger requires waking up early.

The breakfast buffet had a great variety. It catered to every taste. The Italian restaurant and the Mexican restaurant are highlights. Both provide unique and satisfying meal experiences. The food presentation was excellent, showcasing dedication and professionalism.

The hotel's location on the Palm is perfect. Taxis are always available outside the hotel, thus providing convenient transportation. The private beach provides fine views. The Dubai skyline sunsets are gorgeous from this vantage point. The sea water was very warm .
